Papilo has been appointed as a special adviser on sports issues to the Imo state government. In case you guys missed it, after the meeting and greeting with the new Imo state governor at the Kanu testimonial match - they proceeded to a gala that night.
The announcement was made during the Gala night, by Rochas Okorocha, the current Imo state governor.
